What to expect:
Join us for a quiet, creative morning in the studio making with clay side by side with your loved one! This intimate workshop is designed for pairs (probably including a mama!), friends, or other family who want to slow down and make something together.
We’ll begin with a demonstration of simple handbuilding techniques, including pinching and coiling. From there, each pair will create a matched set of pieces — like mugs, small plates, or vases for spring flowers.
At the end of the session, you’ll select your finished pieces to keep. The studio will handle all glazing and firing, and your pieces will be ready for pickup by the end of the month.
Herbal tea and fresh farmer’s market fruit and other goodies will be shared as we begin!
What to wear:
Comfortable, casual clothing and closed-toe shoes that can get a little dirty.
